Residents must show original resident ID with residence in Canary Islands at the park entrance.
RELEVANT INFORMATION
To be able to enter the park, the customer must download the mobile version of the ticket or print the PDF version before going to the park. Failure to do so will result in, the charge of the difference between online and off line price.
The company reserves the right to change prices / discounts at any given time and also the right to close attractions for routine maintenance, notification of such events will be communicated in the ticket office.
The online 1-day dated ticket has a variable price, depending on the day of the visit chosen; this page displays the minimum price available in select visit dates.

To apply group prices, it is essential: prior written reservation, confirmation of the reservation by the park, minimum 20 people, single payment in cash at the box office by the person in charge of the group and entrance of all the people in the group together.
